At The Prophetic Professor, we value excellence and transparency. Because Strategic Advisement and mentorship sessions require preparation and scheduling, our refund policy is as follows: Strategic Advisement & Mentorship Sessions
Refunds are not offered once payment is received. Your payment secures preparation time and session availability.
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule once within 30 days by emailing admin@thepropheticprofessor.com at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will not be refunded or rescheduled. Digital Products (Books, Courses, E-books)
All digital sales are final and non-refundable, due to the immediate access provided upon purchase. Events & Programs
Event registrations are non-refundable, but in some cases may be transferred to another participant with written approval.

Payment must be made in full before any Strategic Advisement or mentorship session is confirmed.
